After battling anxiety since childhood, I discovered that humour makes the best armour (well, besides actual medication… let's keep it real!). Inspired by my new home in medieval Tallinn, Estonia, I created Anxiety Armoury to blend ancient vibes with modern mental health struggles.
Our gear features medieval female knights tackling today's anxiety-inducing moments… like accidentally waving at someone who wasn't waving at you. (No, you don't have to move to another country... though I did!)
